What towels are provided in the villa?

Each villa is equipped with two beach towels, two bath towels, two hand towels, and two facecloths. These are refreshed daily as part of our housekeeping service.

Is daily housekeeping included in my stay?

Yes, our housekeeping team provides a daily service from 9 AM to ensure your villa remains clean and comfortable. If you prefer not to be disturbed, please use the “Do Not Disturb” sign provided in your room.

Do the villas have air-conditioning?

Yes, all villas are fitted with air-conditioning, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your comfort.

What type of power outlets are available? Will I need an adapter?

All villas feature standard UK three-pin sockets. Guests traveling from countries with different plug types may require an adapter.

Are tea and coffee-making facilities available in the villa?

Yes, each villa includes a kettle along with a selection of teas and coffees. Sugar and milk are also provided.

Is WiFi available in the villas? Is it suitable for remote work?

Yes, all villas are equipped with standard WiFi access. For guests requiring a faster connection for remote work or streaming, private high-speed routers are available at an additional cost. Please contact reception for details on pricing and availability.

Is there a laundry service available?

Yes, we offer a laundry service for an additional charge. Each villa is provided with a laundry bag and an inventory list, and items can be collected during housekeeping or arranged via reception.

Can I request an iron and ironing board?

Yes, irons and ironing boards are available upon request. Please contact reception, and we will arrange delivery to your villa.

Is there a safe in the villa?

Yes, each villa is equipped with an in-room safe for secure storage of valuables.

Can an extra bed or cot be added to my villa?

Yes, our villas can accommodate up to three adults (one king bed and one single bed) or two adults and two children. If you require an extra bed or a baby cot, please inform us at the time of booking so we can arrange this in advance.

Can I request a specific villa number?

Villa assignments are finalized at check-in. While we do our best to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee a specific villa number.

Do the villas have a fridge or minibar?

Yes, each villa includes a minibar fridge stocked with a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as snacks such as crisps, chocolate, and nuts. Minibar items are chargeable and not included in the all-inclusive package.

Is smoking permitted in the villas?

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all villas and indoor areas. We kindly ask guests to use designated outdoor smoking areas.

Are dressing gowns and slippers provided?

Yes, each villa is furnished with two dressing gowns and two pairs of slippers for guest use.

What toiletries are provided in the villa?

Each villa is stocked with essential toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and bar soap. Additional bathroom amenities are also available.

Does my villa have outdoor seating?

Yes, each villa is equipped with two private sun loungers for guests personal use. Beach villas are also equipped with a hanging basket chair.
